Liebe alle,
Aleksandra wird leider nicht mehr dabei sein, weil die Blockwoche und die Präsentation mit einer anderen Arbeit kollidieren.
Auf Paul habe ich einen provisorischen Terminplan hochgeladen für die Woche 6.
Wir haben folgende Räume zur Verfügung:
5. und 6.2.2024: Hörsaal 1 (3.K01) für die ersten beiden Tage, da der kleine Konzertsaal 1 anderweitig belegt sein wird.
7. bis 11.2.2024 Konzertsaal 1
5. bis 11.2.2024: 5.K07 (Dana), 7.K10 (Annkathrin).
Falls ihr, Paulo, Fabienne und Änni, nicht im Konzertsaal präsentieren wollt, müssen wir passende Räume suchen.
Die provisorischen Zeiten habe ich nur blockweise eingefügt. Das heisst: Wir müssen festlegen, wer wann arbeitet und wer wann Zeit hat. Es ist nicht so, dass ihr dauerhaft präsent sein müsst. Ziel ist es, am Samstag um 18:30 h die öffentliche Präsentation zu starten.
Wir werden Yvalina Japova als Beleuchterin haben. Ich habe vorgesehen, dass sie am Donnerstag Dana und Annkathrins Beiträge ausleuchtet und am Freitag im KS1 die restlichen Arbeiten.
Am Samstag gibt es eine GP vor der Aufführung.
Die Dokumentation der Arbeiten ist wichtig. Dafür habe ich Marie Alexis angefragt. Leider wird sie nicht in der Arbeitswoche und an der Aufführung dabei sein können. Ich schlage daher vor, dass wir am Sonntag, 12.2.2023, die Aufnahmen machen. Für jeden Beitrag sind 1.5 Stunden eingeplant. Bitte teilt mir mit, ob euch das passt.
Wir werden uns erst in der Blockwoche wieder sehen. Wenn ihr bis dahin Fragen habt und Unterstützung braucht, meldet ecuh bei mir, am besten per mail.

Unfortunately, Aleksandra will not be there anymore, because the block week and the presentation collide with another work.
I have uploaded a provisional schedule for week 6 on Paul.

If you, Paulo, Fabienne and Änni, do not want to present in the concert hall, we will have to look for suitable rooms.
I have only inserted the provisional times in blocks. This means that we have to decide who works when and who has time when. It's not the case that you have to be permanently present. The aim is to start the public presentation on Saturday at 18:30.
We will have Yvalina Japova as our lighting technician. I have planned for her to light Dana and Annkathrin's contributions on Thursday and the remaining works on Friday in KS1.
On Saturday there will be a GP before the performance.
Documenting the work is important. I have asked Marie Alexis to do this. Unfortunately, she won't be able to be there during the working week or at the performance. I therefore suggest that we make the recordings on Sunday, 12.2.2023. 1.5 hours are planned for each contribution. Please let me know if this suits you.
