hier der neue Ablaufplan Version 5. Geändert hat die Reihenfolge am Sonntag (Betrifft die Aufnahme von Annkathrin und Dana).
- Montag und Dienstag (5./6.2.204) steht uns der Hörsaal 1 (3.K01) zur Verfügung. Anni und Paul: Wenn ihr an diesen Tagen dort arbeiten wollt, teilt es mir mit, dann kann ich das koordinieren.
- Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag (7./8./9.2.2024) steht der Konzertsaal 1 für Anni und Paul zur Verfügung. Ich habe ihn für euch über den ganzen Tag reserviert. Wie viel Zeit ihr davon nutzen möchtet, ist euch überlassen.
- Samstag (10.2.2024): Siehe Plan. Für die GP (Generalprobe, 16-17:30) muss alles bereit sein. Wir werden einen kompletten Durchgang machen. Die Beiträge von Anni und Paul werden bei der Aufführung aufgezeichnet.
- Sonntag (11.2.2024): Aufzeichnung der Beiträge von Annkathrin und Dana. Wer beim Abbau der beiden Installationen mithelfen möchte, ist herzlich willkommen.
- Licht: Ivalina Yapova wird das Licht betreuen. Damit sie alles optimal vorbereiten kann, müsst ihr mit ihr über eure Vorstellungen sprechen. Am einfachsten ist es, wenn ihr die direkt kontaktiert (bitte macht das sofort und setzt mich ins CC!): yapova@icloud.com
- Apéro: Nach dem Beitrag von utrumque (Gerhard Eckel und Ludvig Elblaus, Aritsts in Residency moving speakers) werden wir einen Apéro veranstalten. Wenn ihr etwas beisteuern möchtet, ist das sehr willkommen. Teilt mit in diesem Fall mit, was es wäre, damit ich die Vielfalt organisieren kann.
- PROGRAMMHEFT: Bitte sendet ASAP die Angaben (Titel, Besetzung, kleine Beschreibung, Bio) an Annkathrin.
- Blockwoche: Die Präsenz von allen an allen Tagen ist nicht notwendig. Vielmehr werden wir individuell arbeiten und ich werde nach Absprache vorbeischauen.

Dear all,
Here is the new schedule version 5. The order on Sunday has changed (concerns the recording of Annkathrin and Dana).
- Monday and Tuesday (5./6.2.204) the lecture hall 1 (3.K01) is available for us. Anni and Paul: If you want to work there on these days, please let me know and I can coordinate it.
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (7./8./9.2.2024) Concert Hall 1 is available for Anni and Paul. I have reserved it for you for the whole day. How much time you want to use is up to you.
- Saturday (10.2.2024): See plan. Everything must be ready for the GP (dress rehearsal, 16-17:30). We will do a complete run-through. Anni and Paul's contributions will be recorded during the performance.
- Sunday (11.2.2024): Recording of Annkathrin and Dana's contributions. Anyone who would like to help with the dismantling of the two installations is very welcome.
- Lighting: Ivalina Yapova will be in charge of the lighting. So that she can prepare everything optimally, you need to talk to her about your ideas. The easiest way is to contact her directly (please do this immediately and put me on the CC!): yapova@icloud.com
- Apéro: After the contribution by utrumque (Gerhard Eckel and Ludvig Elblaus, Aritsts in Residency moving speakers) we will organize an apéro. If you would like to contribute something, it is very welcome. In that case, let me know what it would be so that I can organize the variety.
- PROGRAM BOOK: Please send ASAP the details (title, cast, short description, bio) to Annkathrin.
- Block week: The presence of everyone on all days is not necessary. Rather, we will work individually and I will drop in by appointment.
Fabienne: You won't be showing a contribution, but you are very welcome as a spectator. If you like, you are also welcome to help out. There is always a lot of work around the whole thing, e.g. setting up cameras, running the camera during the documentary, ...
