Ausgangspunkt dieses Seminars ist ein Publikationsprojekt des MA
Transdisziplinarität, das unterschiedliche Fragehorizonte
transdisziplinären Arbeitens in und mit den Künsten in den Blick nimmt.
Anhand von Begriffspaaren wie «Dinge/Debatten»,
«Atmosphäre/Sachdimension» oder «Verfahren/Erfahrenheit», die nicht als
dichotome Gegensätze, sondern vielmehr als reflexionsinspirierende
Spannungsfelder verstanden werden, haben sich unterschiedliche
Autor:innen mit den Dimensionen transdisziplinärer Konstellationen und
den mit ihnen verbundenen Diskursen auseinandergesetzt.
Im
Seminar werden wir einerseits eine Auswahl der so entstandenen Texte
lesen und sie – nach Möglichkeit zusammen mit ihren Verfasser:innen –
diskutieren. Andererseits sollen ausgehend von den Anliegen,
Fragestellungen und Arbeitsvorhaben der Teilnehmenden weitere
Begriffspaare hinzukommen, deren Verhältnis wir auf ihre
Gegenläufigkeit, Komplementarität oder Ambivalenz untersuchen.

The
starting point for this seminar is a publication project by the MA
Transdisciplinarity programme, which examines various questions
surrounding transdisciplinary work in and with the arts. Using pairs of
terms such as ‘things/debates,’ ‘atmosphere/objective dimension’ or
‘process/experience,’ which are understood not as dichotomous opposites
but rather as areas of tension that inspire reflection, various authors
have explored the dimensions of transdisciplinary constellations and the
discourses associated with them.
In this seminar, we will read a
selection of the resulting texts and discuss them, together with their
authors where possible. In addition, based on the concerns, questions
and work projects of the participants, further pairs of concepts will be
added, whose relationship we will examine in terms of their opposition,
complementarity or ambivalence.
