Dear Service Designers,
At Thursday's mentoring, Jürgen, Stefano & I were happy to see that all of you had a good and productive start into the service exploration. Tomorrow on Tuesday we will meet at 9.00 for the kick-off to our second week and the service ideation phase.
Also on that morning, we will conduct a peer review of your research. For that, sum up your in a form that is easy to consume for your reviewers and that illustrates your research focus/topic, your key insights, and which problem you plan to solve. This could be in the form of:
- the "update on your research" - template I placed no your team's pages last week
- or/and the filled out exploration part of the innovation canvas by dark horse
- or/and a short journey through your research like presented by team 6
You will each give feedback on one other teams focus/topic, their problem-definition, and give input & ideas on possible solutions. So each team's work will be reviewed by three colleagues. More details on who will review who - tomorrow at the kick-off.
