Dear Service Designers,

Tomorrow we will meet for the presentation of the Service Ideation.
The presentation with our collaboration partner will start at 9.00. Let`s meet at 8.45 for a quick check-in and some technical tests, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

For a smooth presentation ensure that:

• you have a designated team member who will present via screen share (preferably the person with the fastest internet connection)
• you run a quick test on screen sharing while also sharing computer audio. Details see: zoom support

After the lunch break, we will start the kickoff for service prototyping.
