Dear Service Designers

On Monday we will meet in Room 5.K07 for the Kick-Off of week 5. We will examine the topic of service testing.

Yesterday I met up with our alumni and wunderkind Adonis Bou Chakra. He is the founder of Aepsy, a platform that helps you find a therapist online. It is a prime example of a digital service that solves a very relevant problem in the most elegant way possible. He agreed to come on Tuesday to show you how he build his service within the past two years.
