- listen to the sample or to a few minutes in Aio Frei's "consent not to be a single being"
- after listening, do 2 minutes of free-writing on the paper with straight lines
- then 2 minutes of free-writing on the paper with decomposing lines
- then 2 minutes of free-writing on a blank page
- notice and share differences between the different "templates" for writing.
